When you buy a product(s) in-store at Enix Trading you can now earn ENIXPOINTS on your purchases.

For every €1 you spend, you will earn 1 zOnePOINT that can be used against future online purchases. Certain products may be excluded from the scheme or their ENIXPOINTS worth may be increased or reduced, at the discretion of Enix Trading.

Please follow the steps below so that your ENIXPOINTS can be credited to your online account.

From 23/05/2022 customers who shop in our outlets are eligible to receive ENIXPOINTS by registering their purchase on our website.

The following terms and conditions apply:

The customer must have an account on the Enix Trading website, fill out a form with their details and attach a legible copy of their proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

The application will be reviewed by the relevant back-office and ENIXPOINTS will be awarded upon approval of the application. This process can take up to 72 business hours.

Proof of purchase provided cannot be more than 30 days old. Likewise, no in-store purchases made before the launch of this new scheme will be eligible for ENIXPOINTS and the customer will not be able to claim any retroactivity for purchases made before this date.

By submitting the application form the customer agrees to the processing of the personal data provided under the laws in force in the European Union. Likewise, the customer certifies that the data provided are true and belong to him/her.

In case the purchase is eligible to receive double or triple zOnePOINTS the decision will depend on the terms and conditions governing the specific promotion, in case the purchase is not eligible to receive the extra points the customer will receive the number of points corresponding to the value of his/her purchase. The decision to determine the eligibility of the customer's in-store purchase will be at the sole discretion of Enix Trading.

The ENIXPOINTS earned from in-store purchases cannot be exchanged for credit, cash or vouchers and can not be reimbursed by any other means. In the case of orders partially paid with ENIXPOINTS where the customer requires a refund, the value of the ENIXPOINTS used will be the first to be refunded by restoring the number of points used on the purchase to the customer's account.

The ENIXPOINTS earned from in-store purchases will be credited to the customer's account on the Enix Trading website and can be redeemed and used for future online purchases.
