The submission of the application form does not guarantee the approval of a corporate account, Compleet IS Services (the promoter) reserves the right to reject an application at its sole discretion.

By filling and submitting the application the person registered as the company contact person (the applicant) declares to be legally authorized to act on the name of the company detailed in the application form. At the same time, exonerates the promoter and all the entities and individuals acting on its name of any responsibility for using or managing company information in case the applicant happens not to be authorized by the company to execute such agreements.

Discounts and offers in this program cannot be applied retrospectively, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Corporate Plan accounts do not earn ENIXPOINTS, however, points already earned from purchases prior to membership approval will continue to be available.

Credit purchasing is subject to credit check and its approval is on the sole discretion of the promoter. Interest rates, payment terms, charges, processing fees and all other details regarding the credit management will be defined by the promoter based on the actual Maltese legislation.

The promoter reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions ruling this program, modify the conditions of operation of the membership scheme or terminate the scheme at any time without any obligation to provide a previous notification to the participants.
