COVID-19 Safety Measures
Update as

In view
of the recent developments relative to the spread of COVID-19 Corona virus, we
have revised our procedures to safeguard the wellbeing of our staff and our esteemed
customers and to prevent the spread of the virus.
Please
find underneath some useful information about our current operational
procedures by department.
Online Shopping – www.atoz.com.mt
- Please browse our website
and choose the product/s that you need. You can proceed to order and pay
online to minimize interaction and reduce the risk to yourself and to
others.
- We offer non-express free
delivery service for any order exceeding €50 to anywhere in Toronto (all
goods) and Canada (all items under 20kg that do not need an installation,
except the list of specific items mentioned in the full list of T&C).
- We offer express delivery
service to Toronto and Canada for all items under 20kg that do not need an
installation, except the list of specific items mentioned in the full list of T&C.
- Clients may choose to
collect the order themselves. This can be specified when placing the order
and confirmed when we contacted by our representatives.
- Payments can be affected by
PayPal, by BOV Mobile Pay, by Bank Transfer, by Credit Card or Cash.
- If you still prefer to visit
our outlets to finalise a purchase, please browse our website so you know
beforehand what you wish to buy so we can serve you faster and safer.
Retail Outlets
- Customers will only be
allowed to enter our outlets as long as the legal requirement of one
person per 10 sq.m. allows it.
- A temperature check can be
performed and entry will be refused to anyone with a temperature of 37.2°C
and above.
- Customers are required to
thoroughly sanitize their hands before being served.
- Our staff will be wearing
masks or face shields and you are required to also wear one, as per
government regulations. For the convenience of our clients, we have masks
for sale at our outlets.
- You are required to keep a
minimum distance of 2 metres from each other and from our staff.
- In order to protect other
clients and our staff, we cannot serve anyone who should be observing a quarantine
or who has travelled abroad in the past 14 days. Please note that you are
legally bound to give correct information about quarantine requirements
and travelling abroad. This is enforceable by law and failure to observe
this obligation will result in fines.
- In order to protect other
clients and our staff, we cannot serve anyone who displays symptoms of
fever, cough or respiratory infections.
- Payments can be affected by

Service Centre
- You are required to call us
before you visit our service centre. We will try to resolve any issues
over the phone.
- Customers will be served one
at a time.
- A temperature check can be

Delivery Service
- Except for appliances, deliveries
will be strictly to door only. (The delivery person/s will not enter any
premises except where the installation of appliances is required.
- A temperature check can be
performed and our staff will not enter if someone in the premises has a
temperature of 37.2°C and above.
- Our staff will be wearing
masks or face shields and you are required to also wear one, as per
government regulations.
- You are required to keep a
minimum distance of 2 metres from our staff.
- In order to protect other
clients and our staff, we cannot carry out deliveries to addresses where
there is either a person under quarantine or a person who has travelled
abroad in the past 14 days. Please note that you are legally obliged to communicate
that you are isolating in quarantine, or that you have just returned from
travelling abroad. This is enforceable by law and failure to observe this
obligation will result in fines.
- In order to protect other
clients and our staff, we cannot carry out deliveries to addresses where
there is a person who displays symptoms of fever, cough or respiratory
infections.
- Payments can be affected by
BOV Mobile Pay, by Credit Card or Cash.
Our
priority has always been and will remain the safety of our customers and our
team. We have implemented and continuously updated procedures with this in mind,
while offering the best possible service to all our customers.
We
receive goods daily and update our online availability accordingly. Most
products, including TVs, Appliances, ACs, Smartphones, Laptops and Computer
Peripherals, are all available. Very few items cannot be sourced; however, we
continue exploring alternative ways of sourcing these items.
