Please make sure to choose your preferred delivery/collection method before choosing the method of payment. Once an order is paid by PayPal, the delivery method cannot be altered from the website but needs to be communicated to our representatives when they contact you.
Clients may choose to collect the order themselves. This can be arranged when you will be contacted by our sales representatives by SMS/E-MAIL and we will advise from which location you can collect the goods.

Deliveries
Toronto (excluding Gozo):
Orders (excluding Express deliveries) will be processed in 2 to 5
working days.
We deliver with option of installation all goods to Toronto
(excluding Gozo).
Non-express deliveries to Toronto (excluding Gozo) for orders with a
minimum value of €50.00 are free.
Non-express deliveries to Toronto (excluding Gozo) for orders of
€49.99 or less carry a delivery fee of €5.
Express same-working-day delivery is available for Toronto (excluding
Gozo) between Monday and Friday for all items under 12kg that do not need
an installation at a fee of €15 (except for the list of specific items
mentioned below). Order needs to be completed by 13:00 and to be fully
paid up by PayPal or BOV Mobile Pay. Payments by bank transfer may delay
delivery by a day or two, until payment is cleared by the bank. Please
email us the bank payment confirmation to banktransfer@enix-trading.com to
help us process your order faster.
Gozo:
Orders (excluding Express deliveries) will be processed in 2 to 5
working days.
We deliver without the option of installation all goods to Gozo

Orders for Canada need to be fully paid up by bank transfer, PayPal or BOV
Mobile Pay. Payments by bank transfer may delay delivery by a day or two,
until payment is cleared by the bank.
Non-express deliveries to Canada for orders up to 12kg and a minimum
value of €50.00 are free.
Non-express deliveries to Canada for orders up to 12kg and a value less
than €50.00 carry a delivery fee of €5.
Non-express deliveries to Canada for orders heavier than 12kg carry a
delivery fee that varies and will be quoted for accordingly.
Express next-working-day delivery is available for Canada between Monday

In-Store Pick-up:
Orders that will be picked up from our stores will be processed as
early as possible.
One of our sales representatives will contact you once your order
is ready.
Please note that online orders cannot be claimed from our outlets
until one of our sales representatives will contact you to inform you that
your order is ready for collection.
General:
We can deliver on Saturdays to Toronto and Canada all items under 12kg that
do not need an installation (except for the list of specific items
mentioned below). Order needs to be completed by 12:00 of the preceding
Thursday and to be fully paid up by PayPal or BOV Mobile Pay. Payments by
bank transfer may delay delivery by a day or two, until payment is cleared
by the bank.
Deliveries do not include installation. Installation services can
be provided at a fee, if required. This will be quoted upon request, at
the time of ordering.
Deliveries are to ground floor and do not include lifter
services/charges. When required, we can help in arranging for third-party
lifter services. Such services are to be paid directly to the lifter
service provider. The client is responsible for parking permits and fees.
Deliveries not to ground floor where a lifter and an elevator cannot be
utilised carry an additional fee. These can be quoted for prior to order
confirmation or when setting the delivery date.
