• The customer must pre-order the desired device before 28/02/2023 on the Enix Trading Website or in person at any of our outlets. Phone Pre-orders will not be accepted;
• The pre-order must be fully paid via PayPal at the moment of the order or must be paid by BOV Mobile or Wire Transfer within the next 24 working hours after placing the Pre-Order and send the payment confirmation via email to banktransfer@enix-trading.com;
• The options for payment on delivery or collection, even when available at the moment to place the Pre-Order, are not valid payment methods for this promotion. The customer will not have under any exception the option to Pre-Order the product and pay for it on arrival when delivered or collected;
• The Pre-Ordered products will be delivered as soon as the stocks arrive. The delivery will take from 2 to 7 working days and the customer will be advised about the estimated delivery date in due time;
• The products will be assigned on a first come first serve basis and stocks are not guaranteed;
• The Estimated Time of Arrival is an approximate, the customer understands that there can be delays on the launching date of the products from the manufacturer and other circumstances that can cause this date to be postponed, in any case, the customer will be advised in due time.
